And that’s what The Lofts assisted living residences at Village On The Isle offers. Choose your residential floor plan and receive just the right amount of support with routine tasks of daily life. In addition, we offer social and life-enriching opportunities that help you make the most of every day, allowing you to spend time doing the things you love.

The Lofts at Village On The Isle provides three individual households with 16 private assisted living residences homes. Each household has designated care team members available 24-hours a day, including a licensed nurse. You will feel right at home at The Lofts and appreciate the convenient support and amenities.

Our large alcove and one-bedroom apartments include:

• Three chef-prepared meals daily with extensive menu choices
• Housekeeping/laundry/linen service
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Medication management support
• Routine checks to ensure your safety and wellbeing
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Utilities, television services, telephone, community Wi-Fi service and urgent response service

The Lofts at Village On The Isle includes a monthly fee based on your continuing care contract and apartment home selected. Couples are welcome and can reside together in one of our larger one-bedroom residences.
