What will it cost to live at Arbor Vita?

The community will offer multiple entrance fee options to fit your financial plans and lock in long-term savings. These plans provide all the same benefits of residency, with the sole differences appearing in the amount of the entrance fee paid, the size of the refund provided, and the Health Care Benefit.

What is an entrance fee?

This is a one-time payment based on the size of the apartment home or cottage you select. Your entrance fee is amortized over a specific period and may be refunded to you or your estate if the contract terminates early. Payment of this sum, along with a predictable monthly service fee, entitles you to a lifetime residency at Arbor Vita. The entrance fee is designed to help you convey future health care obligations at a discounted rate, and preserve financial assets to your estate in the future.

What will be covered by the Arbor Vita monthly service fee?

In addition to giving residents priority access to community wellness programs and on-site health care services, the monthly service fee will include:

  • High speed, secure WiFi
  • Meal points to be used in our restaurant-style dining venues
  • All utilities, including basic cable and local and long-distance telephone service
  • Comprehensive interior and exterior maintenance
  • Housekeeping services
  • Property taxes
  • Building insurance
  • 24-hour security and urgent response assistance
  • Scheduled local transportation including medical appointments
  • Planned social and recreational programs
  • Fitness center
  • Heated outdoor pool
  • Self-service copy machines
  • Nutritionist
  • Full-time chaplain
  • Concierge services
Will residents in Independent Living be permitted to have pets?

Yes. Arbor Vita will be a pet-friendly community. We’ll even have our own dedicated dog park.

What is the timeline for completion of construction?

We are in the early stages of community planning and a construction timeline has not yet been finalized. Priority Club members will be among the first to be notified when construction will begin, as well as the target date for completion. Because we’re in early development, the pricing schedule for Arbor Vita will never be lower than it is now. Making your reservation deposit sooner rather than later is a wise financial decision.

How do I start the process of reserving a new residence?

The application process is simple and straightforward. Placing a reservation deposit — which will be applied to the entrance fee upon move-in — is the first step toward residency. This no-risk deposit is refundable if you should change your mind. One call to our Marketing Team at 941.303.6466 will get you started.
